Zac is the Client Experience Manager at Erben Associates. Having recently joined the team, Zac collaborates closely with the team to actively enhance customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional services to existing clients. He works in tandem with the team throughout the planning process to optimize the overall client experience.
Originally from Mildura, Australia, Zac moved to Austin, TX, in 2016 to play collegiate tennis at St. Edwards University. Zac graduated Cum Laude from the Bill Munday School of Business. Shortly after, he decided to continue his studies by attaining his MBA at Concordia University. He hopes to contribute his strategic decision-making and management skills to the team at Erben Associates.
In his spare time, Zac enjoys playing tennis and listening to live music around Austin.
