With a broad and multifaceted career history across business ownership and business development, Gardner has established himself as an innovative and leader known for his passion in building companies by leveraging his high-level personal network to identify organic business opportunities. He applies a creative and entrepreneurial approach to growing enterprise success and bottom-line profitability by developing highly effective and impactful strategic roadmaps.
Gardner serves as an Advisor, Sr with Erben Associates to promote our diligent family wealth advisory services. He has seen the result of poor transition planning first hand, and is passionate to help other privately-held business owners avoid the pitfalls he has lived through.
Gardner graduated from Denison University in 1987 with a BA in English, and from Temple University’s fox School of Business in 2000 with an EMBA in Finance (highest honors).
He enjoys nothing more than spending time with his wife Amy and their four children, traveling, scuba diving, golfing and competing in just about any sport or game imagined.
