The Erben Associates team recently returned from a company retreat in Big Sky, Montana, where team members had time to step away from the day-to-day and reconnect outside the office.
The retreat brought together members of the Erben Associates team, along with some of their significant others, for a few days of horseback riding, golf, hiking, games, shared meals, and time in the mountains.
For a firm whose work is centered on trust, long-term relationships, and thoughtful planning, time together matters. The same care that supports client relationships also shapes the way the team works with one another. A retreat like this creates space to strengthen those relationships, celebrate the people behind the work, and enjoy the kind of memories that carry forward long after the trip ends.
