Mike Lambrix

Mike Lambrix is a Managing Director and the head of Erben Associates mergers and acquisition advisory business. Mike brings almost two decades of deal-making experience to the team. Having worked across bulge-bracket investment banks, family offices, and boutique advisors, Mike brings a unique mix of Wall Street experience with an understanding of founder-owned businesses and first-time sellers.

Prior to Erben Associates, Mike was a Managing Director and the head of US M&A for Sampford Advisors, Canada’s #1 mid-market technology Investment Bank. While at Sampford, Mike executed over 25 technology sell-side transactions, representing hundreds of millions in transaction value. Mike started his career in New York with UBS Investment Banking in their Telecom, Media, and Technology group.

Mike graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce, and is a CFA level 1 holder.

Originally from New Jersey, Mike lives in Austin with his wife Erin, daughter Ryan, son Sean, and golden retriever Alfie. When not in the office, Mike spends time with his family, coaching his son’s lacrosse team, or playing golf.
